These two free websites provide the tools to create short videos ( 3 minutes or less) that capture what is on your screen, allow you to add voice over, and then save or share it. These two do not involve any downloads. These are wonderful for instructional videos for those people who are visual learners.

This website, Jing by Techsmith, has a free service but also has a paid service with more accessories. It does require downloads. It is probably considered the "Cadillac" of screen captures. We do have some computers with Jing on them.
